Vision Minetech follows a structured process covering raw material selection, washing, levigation, drying, sizing, grading, quality inspection, packaging and dispatch. Every stage is managed to support consistency, reliable performance and customer-specific requirements.

The exact production route may differ by product and grade, but every order passes through controlled handling, processing, inspection and dispatch procedures.
Mining & Raw Material Handling
Mineral deposits are assessed and suitable raw material is selected according to colour, composition, impurity level and expected industrial application. The excavated material is handled and transported for processing or grade-wise storage.
Washing & Levigation
For washed China Clay, raw material is mixed with water to prepare a slurry. Washing, de-gritting and solid-liquid separation help remove coarse particles, grit and unwanted impurities while improving product uniformity.
Drying
Filtered or processed material is dried to reduce moisture and prepare it for sizing, grading or packing. Drying conditions are managed according to the required product form, moisture level and application.
Sizing & Grading
Dried minerals are sized and segregated according to particle distribution, chemical characteristics and application requirements. Different grades are stored separately to support product consistency.
Quality Checking
Product samples are evaluated for relevant parameters such as moisture, residue, brightness, particle size, pH, fired colour and chemical composition. Testing requirements vary according to mineral type and customer application.
Packaging
Approved material is packed according to the selected product, quantity and customer requirement. Packaging options and bag sizes should be finalized according to the confirmed supply arrangement.
Dispatch
Material is loaded and dispatched according to the order quantity, destination and agreed delivery schedule. Documentation and logistics coordination are completed before shipment.
